COD orders get refused at the door far more often than prepaid ones, and a refused custom artwork can't go back on a shelf; it becomes waste that every other customer silently pays for. Prepaid keeps our pricing factory-direct and honest. We experimented with partial COD in the past and moved fully to prepaid for exactly this reason.
